Things worth knowing

How often do you visit?

That depends entirely on your property and what you want from it. Most acreage clients run fortnightly or monthly maintenance visits, with additional seasonal work as needed. We'll work out a schedule that suits the property and discuss it properly at your site visit.

What happens in wet weather?

If conditions are unsafe — wet slopes, boggy ground, soft lawn areas — we reschedule rather than damage your property or put the crew at risk. That's a non-negotiable on our end. We'll always communicate early and rebook promptly.

Do you do one-off clean-ups as well as regular maintenance?

Yes. We handle both. A lot of new clients start with a big clean-up visit to get the property back to a good standard, then move into a regular maintenance schedule from there. Happy to quote both as part of the same conversation.

Do I need to be home during visits?

Not necessarily. We work well with clients who give us access and let us get on with it — and equally well with clients who prefer to be on-site. We'll agree on the arrangements that suit you best before we start.

Can you look after the landscaping as well as the maintenance?

Yes — that's actually one of our strengths. If you want to add new garden beds, paving, retaining walls or turf to your property, the same team that maintains it can build it. No need to bring in a separate contractor.
