What can go in the bin?

Our hook bins take vegetation, bulk soil, concrete, and general clean-up materials. We don't take general household waste, hazardous materials, asbestos, or liquids. If you're not sure whether your material is suitable, give us a call before booking.

How do I know what size bin I need?

We'll help you work that out when you call. Tell us roughly what you're filling it with and how much you expect, and we'll recommend the right size. It's better to slightly overestimate than to run out of room mid-job.

Can I overfill the bin?

No — bins must not be filled above the rim. Overfilled bins can't be safely transported. If you think you'll need more capacity, book a second bin or call us to discuss a collection and re-drop.

How long can I keep the bin on-site?

Standard hire periods are agreed at booking. If you need longer, just let us know — we'll accommodate where we can. Extended hire may incur an additional charge.

Do you handle large-scale haulage and cartage beyond bin hire?

Yes. Beyond hook bin hire, we offer bulk cartage for soil, fill, sand, and aggregate using our truck fleet. Useful for larger landscaping and earthworks projects. Talk to us about your volume and we'll work out the right solution.
