Every quote we provide is detailed and itemised — materials, labour, plant, finishes and approach all clearly broken down so you know exactly what your investment covers. We're transparent about the work, every step of the way.
Yes. Design and build come together as one project with us. We work with you to shape a considered brief — levels, drainage, materials, planting and finishes all thought through before anything starts. If you have drawings from a landscape designer or architect, we can also build directly from those.
It depends on the scope. A paving and garden package might be one to two weeks on site. A full build with structural walls, decking, drainage and planting can run four to eight weeks or more. You get a realistic programme in your quote before we start.
Yes. We coordinate concrete, drainage, electrical connections and other trades as needed so you deal with one point of contact, not six. We use trusted subbies we've worked with for years.
Hardscape and structural works require a 50% deposit to secure the booking and mobilise materials. Progress payments are structured to the job. Final balance is due on completion. All terms are set out clearly in your written quote before any work begins.
Yes. We stand behind the work we build. If anything isn't right after handover, we come back and sort it out — that's how a proper business with a real reputation in the area operates.
