How long has the property been unmanaged?

It matters. Properties that have been unmanaged for years require more planning — the right equipment, the right approach to vegetation type, and realistic staging. We look at the site before quoting so we give you an accurate number, not an optimistic one.

What do you do with the green waste?

We can work with your existing setup — whether that's a designated burn pile area, on-site chipping, or full off-site removal on our trucks. We'll confirm the approach at your quote visit and include it clearly in the scope.

Do you handle large trees and heavy scrub?

Yes. We have the machinery and crew to handle overgrown scrub, fallen timber, heavy lantana and weed infestations, and general vegetation that's grown beyond hand-clearing. We'll assess at your site visit and confirm what's needed.

Can you do the clean-up and then set us up on a maintenance schedule?

Absolutely. A lot of our acreage maintenance clients started with a big clean-up to get the property back to standard. Once it's there, a regular maintenance schedule keeps it that way. We can quote both at the same time.

Do I need to be on-site during the clean-up?

Not necessarily. We work well with detailed briefings and site access arrangements. If the job is large and staged over multiple days, it helps to walk through with you at the start — but day-to-day, we get on with it and report back.
